Upon receiving your order, our team will process and prepare it for shipment within 3 business days. Please note that order processing time does not include weekends or holidays. We make every effort to ensure prompt processing to get your order on its way to you as quickly as possible.
We will have an art preview to you within a week, after you place your order. (May take up to 12 days during peak times),once you approve it, we will get it printed. The production time will take about a week or so, we will ship it as soon as the work is done. The shipping may take 1-2 weeks. So it might take 3-4 weeks for you to receive the artwork. We know it's a little bit long but we would rather you receive your canvas slightly later and be happy with it than receive it quicker and be disappointed.
Orders with a total value of $39 or more (before taxes and discounts) are eligible for free shipping. For orders below $39, standard shipping rates will apply.
We use Yun express, USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx to ship our order based on your location and available inventory.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Estimated shipping times for each location will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
For orders that qualify for free shipping (over $39), no additional shipping charges will apply. For orders below $39, standard shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number through your account dashboard. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and stay updated on its estimated delivery date. We recommend using 17track.
