Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at BunnyMuse. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines our guidelines regarding refunds and returns.

Refunds or Returns:

BunnyMuse will refund most items within 14 days of purchase, for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns if the product is unopened.  We cannot offer refunds on Final Sale items and made-to ordersItems must be returned in their original packaging. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone management believes to be a reseller or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted.

Send by Mail:

Customers will need to mail the return at their own cost. Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected 3-5 business days after processing. Mailed returns that are received past the return policy deadline are accepted at our discretion. Late returns that are accepted will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of their original purchase prices.

We will provide refunds or exchanges, for following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the issue, and if deemed valid, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Wrong Item: If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the issue, and if deemed valid, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping and Handling:
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a defective or damaged product, the refund amount will exclude any shipping or handling fees incurred.
